A Feast of Korean and Japanese Delicacies

Each diner will start with six types of Korean side dishes, along with a serving of Korean beef and pork belly — simple, authentic, and satisfying. The buffet highlights comforting Korean favourites such as ginseng chicken soup, spicy army stew, Korean-style beef rolls, kimchi, and a variety of traditional banchan that bring the flavours of Seoul to Hong Kong.

There are also plenty of Japanese favourites, including grilled unagi, mini chirashi rice bowls, and sushi. On Fridays, weekends, and public holidays, additional premium dishes like stewed abalone and crab meat sushi with roe are served. The experience is complemented by free-flow Korean rice wine, Japanese sake, and beer — ideal for gatherings and celebrations.

The international section at Big Bay Café continues to impress with its range of seafood and global dishes — freshly chilled lobster, brown crab, mussels, prawns, sliced sashimi, creative sushi rolls, sirloin carving station, Indian curries, and assorted desserts.

Exclusive Experience for Shangri-La Circle Members

Members can enjoy a special Korean cooking experience with Chef Una Yoo. Those who purchase six or more dinner buffet vouchers through the hotel’s online store will receive a complimentary spot for one adult and one child to learn how to make authentic Korean gimbap. Guests purchasing two or more vouchers can also join at a discounted rate of HK$220 per adult and HK$110 per child, including all ingredients and drinks.
