Q: How to contact ToCoo!
A: ToCoo! does not provide a telephone customer service center. You can contact the customer service center by email (inquiries sent before 16:00 (Japan time) on business days will usually be answered by email within the same day).

Q: Is there a fee at the time of reservation?
A: Rental fees are collected at the time of pickup. However, some of the additional services on ToCoo! website mentioned in the question above, such as ETC card, Wifi egg, TAS fee, or ” Smart Pass Plan”, will be charged at the time of reservation by credit card. (So don’t be surprised if your credit card is charged for some of the fees.)

Q: Can I pay by cash?
A: Reservations made through ToCoo! must be paid by credit card, and cash is not accepted.

Q: What should I do if I arrive later than my reservation?
A: If you arrive more than 1 hour later than your reservation, the reservation will be canceled automatically and the cancellation fee will be charged to the registered credit card. Q: Do I have to pay 6,000 yen for tocoo insurance?
A: ToCoo! Additional Support (T.A.S.) will be added automatically when you make a reservation on the ToCoo! website.
T.A.S. is a service that reimburses ToCoo! for business loss compensation (N.O.C.) and towing fees incurred in the event of an accident that occurs during the rental period and for which an accident report is issued by the rental store.
Usually, if you book a rental car with excess insurance and N.O.C., you will not have to pay any excess, and if you add the towing fee, you will have more peace of mind. If you want to have the best peace of mind, you can add on the excess insurance at the time of booking, but you don’t need to add on any additional insurance at the rental store.

Q: Are there some cars without Chinese navigation?
