Natural beauty spring: “Imagome-no-yu” from 1,600 meters underground
Speaking of the soul of SPA JUNGLIA, of course it is Imakuren-no-yu which is the core spring source. This natural alkaline simple hot spring is drawn from a depth of 1,600 meters below the ground in Imakuren Village in northern Okinawa, and the spring temperature is about 33.5°C. It is mild and non-irritating, and is known as one of the most suitable natural springs for the skin in Japan. The alkaline pure spring is rich in minerals that help promote blood circulation, accelerate skin metabolism and relieve fatigue, and has been recognized by the travel media as a “natural beauty essence. It is especially suitable for skin care after sunburn or prolonged flights, and is gentle and kind to the skin. It is also recognized for its “skin beautifying” effects – prolonged bathing in the spring can help to exfoliate the skin, leaving it smooth and radiant.
A full range of onsen experiences: indoor cave baths, Jacuzzis, cold pools, and women-only sitz baths
In addition to the Infinity Spa, SPA JUNGLIA offers more than 6 types of baths, including:
Cave-style baths: imitating the structure of a natural limestone cave, these baths create a mysterious and private space for soaking, especially for couples and travelers who want to be alone.
Jacuzzi and bidet: For back pain and muscle fatigue after a long trip, the Jacuzzi and bidet provide a soothing effect.
Bidet (for women only): A dedicated bidet and private bathing space for women’s health and intimate care, protecting privacy while providing a thoughtful experience.
Cold Bath and Outdoor Sauna: To stimulate circulation and boost immunity, alternating between hot and cold is recommended by experts as the best way to detoxify the body, creating a complete Japanese-style process of alternating hot and cold baths, which helps promote blood circulation and metabolism.
Okinawa Original Moon Peach Toiletries Series: 100% locally made, natural, zero-silicon
At SPA JUNGLIA, even the toiletries are not to be overlooked. The park has specially developed a series of original bath and skincare products. Okinawa’s original toiletries are based on the Okinawan specialty “Moon Peach”, which is natural, highly moisturizing, non-silicone, non-allergenic, and conforms to the international ISO12628 standard for sensitive skin. Moon Peach has always been regarded as a plant of health and longevity by Okinawans, and traditionally wrapped in sticky rice to make rice cakes, SPA JUNGLIA has upgraded this cultural value and developed a total of 8 products, including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, etc., which are made with Okinawan plants such as seaweed, aloe vera, lime, moringa, etc., to bring you the true nourishment of the “Southern Land”. After bathing, remember to use the Moon Peach Toiletries to feel the total care of Okinawa.
Restaurant TROPICAL OASIS: Taste the “medicine of life” cuisine.
After the hot springs, it’s important to savor the local cuisine! Located at the bottom of the onsen facility, TROPICAL OASIS is based on the Okinawan philosophy of health and wellness, “Ebony Medicine”, and selects local ingredients to create a colorful and healing wine menu. From wagyu beef, sea grapes, wild greens tempura, scrambled eggs with bitter melon, to original cocktails made with local tropical fruits, each dish is surprisingly exquisite. The restaurant is well lit, facing the mountains and the sky, and with its wooden design, you can dine, take photos, and relax alone, even if you don’t want to soak in the hot spring.
